Desired Candidate Profile

- Candidate should have at least ten years of experience in creative design of which at least three years should be in product design/shop fit outs/POS design/retail merchandise/retail signages

- Candidate should be familiar with design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Studio, Flash and others

- Candidate should be a strong team leader and should be able to head a team of multiple nationalities

- Candidate should be able to work under pressure of tight schedules and deadlines

- Candidate should be ready to relocate to Dubai/UAE


Job Description

- Candidate will head and train a team of designers in Dubai and other countries

- Candidate will be responsible for customer presentations and product mockups involving below the line merchandise items, retail outlets and POS items

- Candidate will be responsible for developing full scale product samples and real-life shop fit outs

- Candidate will be responsible for inspecting and improving real-life prototypes and shop fit-outs as they are developed

- Candidate will ensure suitable work distribution amongst the team of designers to meet submission deadlines

- Candidate should be able to familiarize themselves with branding style books of key customers from various countries
