with a downright sad advertising campaign liek this, I dont think Yahoo! will be able to gather much brand image in the face of brands like FaceBook and Google. Especially with Google's excellent marketing abilities and the buzz its generating aropund 'Wave'.
Yahoo!'s trailing far behind and seems like fighting a losing battle. They have lost the search battle and the online advertiaing battle as well.
The only exciting property they seem to be having is Flickr.
Maybe they should offer more money to content publishers, so that more publishers move over to Yahoo ads, creating a bigger market for them. Google adsense sucks big time. Its a losing battle for publishers with Google.
