i know Balki is their National CD. And he rated not bad. Not known very well for it's creativity but i will get you some contacts there who could help you out. Why you wanna move to Lowe Mumbai?

i may be travelling to india to work at a couple of agencies for a bit

there are a couple of major uk agencies that are going to be setting up in india soon. i just want to get a feel of things. any info/contacts wuld be great. feel free to pm me

bose, try ogilvy india, they are quite good. the others are jwt, their head is an aussie. i would email everyone before i come to india. ever thought of dubai? it is easier to find a job here then in india.

hey missmallu,

thanks for your tips... particularly interested in lowe as i have a fair few contacts already, and gathered more thanks to peeps on this site.

everyone on the forum seems really up for ogilvy. creatively they're not so hot here in london. will keep an eye on other agencies as u mentioned for sure

lowe bombay is a great outfit, i work here, and do consider it at the sharp end of the business. in fact, lowe bom handles the entire asia pacific region for a number of its brands, including the middle east. as for brands, about 80% of the Unilever business is parked here, there's a billion other (large) clients. if you have made certain inroads in the agency, i would recommend a stint here, if you're choosing to be in india. as for the middle east, that territorry is way below in the advertising food chain, india is daily emerging as the asia hub for most networks, particularly so at lowe.
