Leo Burnett recently brought over a local Agency called Black Pencil in Kazakhstan and is in the process of setting it up and changing name. With an Indian CD and a Russian MD teaming up at the helm, they are unofficially in the process of reviewing people in Creative, Planning and Traffic at all levels.

If you are looking to move to an a dormant region of the planet until recently, when they discovered the worlds largest natural gas and hydrocarbon reserves there. It also happens to be the 9th largest country in the world which given the recent discovery has more possibilities of its economy going up while the rest of the world is going down.
