Thats because the insight is bad.

MagicBricks is only a silly website which lists properties for sale. No one makes good affordable properties, its a huge scandal in itself. So whats the USP pf magic bricks? Only a listing. Why should I go to magic bricks? Because they have a huge listing?

No, I want to go to an area I WANT to live in, roam the streets, make sure I would LIKE to live there, find some local brokers and chat them up, go inside buildings that I want to live in and speak to the residents.

Property is NOT something like a book or bread that you can order online. Sorry. Tough category.

MagicBricks CAN help if they can get cheaper property prices than anyone else. THEN its a winner.
