I always thinks that logo and company name doesn't matter, what matter is your work, which makes that logo and name famous.
really I don't know I'm right or wrong but thats what I think.

Logo and name are important in as much they can be easily remembrable and convey a sense of security, pride and faith in the brand.
So in that sense they are extremely important.

I think they are the begging point for any enterprise. No good name and logo, no good long term business.

I think logo and name can make a difference. How memorable your logo is, can be importAnt.

I think company name may not matter so much as long as you have a very strong marketing proposition.
