as far as i remember, u can either pay and get your name on top or use their free service where your name will not be on top. even if u register for the free one, the responses are good. and if u pay i think the fee is small.

yes of course. depends entirely from client to client. like any normal freelance job. it's not foolproof like openad

I have done with that, but when i login, it show that step 2 form (there we have to fill up job key word & all that).
I going wrong or have some prob in there end.

never tried it. Guru has a free service as well as a paid service. The paid service offers you 'better chances' of bids, but I dont think it works. I dont know anyone who has won anything on Guru.com
